At Badger Laserworks LLC, we take pride in creating beautiful, personalized acrylic keepsakes. Each item is custom-made especially for you.

Personalized & Custom Orders

Because our acrylic photo blocks are personalized and made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect information supplied by the customer, or dissatisfaction with personalization choices that match the approved or submitted instructions.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with an error made by Badger Laserworks, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Email us at badgerlaserworks@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate replacement, correction, or refund at no additional cost when the problem is our responsibility.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders may be canceled before custom design or production work has begun. Once work has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
